We invite you to take part in the conference “External Challenges and Risks for Russia in the Context of the World Community’s Transition to Polycentrism: Economics, Finance and Business” (ICEFB 2019), which will be held on November 27, 2019 in Moscow (Russia).

Participants of the conference – scientists, doctoral students, representatives of the business community – will have the chance to discuss current issues in the field of economics, finance and business. The conference will contribute to the establishment and strengthening of research contacts, as well as the exchange of modern scientific information.

 Section (III) The Rules for Publication Submission

  1. Articles in English of not less than 4 and not more than 8 pages of typewritten MS Word text, designed in accordance with the template (hyperlink Template), including figures, tables and references are accepted for publication.
  2. Submitted articles should be written in good English and formatted in accordance with the template (hyperlink Template). By prior agreement with the author (-s) it is possible to translate the article into English with the help of ICEFB organizers before submitting the article for review.
  3. Scientific articles submitted for publication should fully correspond to the conference theme; reflect the results of research conducted by the authors personally; be original, relevant and have scientific novelty.
  4. The article should be sent in electronic form to the following e-mail address: ... Article requirements:
  • The number of authors – no more than 4. In addition, one author may submit for publication no more than two articles.
  • The articles should be original research manuscripts that have never been published before and are not under consideration for publication in other journals, conference materials, etc.
  • The article should contain a problem, methodology, research results of interest to the international scientific audience, major conclusions.
  • The articles should not infringe the copyright of other persons. If the article contains figures or tables taken from other sources, the author must obtain permission to reproduce them from the copyright holders.
  1. The article submitted to the editorial board of the conference is checked for compliance with the theme of the conference, the formatting requirements and plagiarism. In case of comments, the editors notify the responsible author (corresponding author), who has the right to respond to the comments and resubmit the article to the editors, except in cases of plagiarism. In case of plagiarism, the article is subject to rejection or exclusion from publication. In addition, the organizing committee reserves the right to investigate the ethical violation by the respective authors and publish its results.
  2. If there are no comments, the article is submitted for review.
  3. All submitted articles are subject to double-blind peer review. Articles recommended by reviewers are accepted for publication. All reviewers are experts in matters related to the conference theme.
  4. The editorial board does not enter into correspondence with the authors of articles rejected by reviewers.
  5. A notification of acceptance / rejection is sent to the responsible author within no more than 7 working days, not including the day of submission of the article.

 

Section (IV) Important dates

Deadline for submission of articles, abstracts, full text of the report for absentee participation: November 15, 2019 (inclusive).

Registration deadline: November 25, 2019 (inclusive).

Notification of acceptance / rejection of the article: no more than 7 working days after submission.

Conference date: November 27, 2019.

Section (V) Registration and publication fee

  1. Registration form (hyperlink (download from mail)) is filled in by speakers and authors of articles (in case of co-authorship – by the responsible author (corresponding author)).

  3. The article to be published in the conference materials, the topic and the abstract of the report (the full text of the report for absentee participation) may be sent together with the completed registration form or separately, but not later than November 15, 2019.
  4. Entrance is free for listeners. (with pre-ordered passes)
  5. Participation in the conference and presentation of the report, placement of the text of the report / article of the participant in printed form for other participants of the conference is free of charge.
  6. The publication fee is charged for the publication of the article in the conference materials (the publication is indexed by Web of Science).
  • The publication fee is $ 200 (at the exchange rate of the Central Bank on the day of payment) (if the article is no more than 4 pages long, including figures, tables and references; for the publication of each subsequent page, with a total amount of no more than 8 pages, there is an additional fee of $20).
  • Bank commissions related to the publication fee payment shall be charged to the participant's account.
